Wholesale Accounts & Ordering

What is the minimum order to access wholesale pricing?

The minimum to unlock wholesale pricing is 200 units per peptide, per order (Tier 1). There is no minimum dollar amount. You can mix multiple peptides, each one qualifies independently based on its own quantity.

How quickly are wholesale accounts approved?

Most applications are reviewed within about 4 business hours. You'll get an email once your account is reviewed; if approved, log in with the password you created at registration and wholesale pricing is applied automatically.

Is there a contract or ongoing purchase requirement?

No. There are no long-term contracts or recurring commitments. Once approved, order whenever you need.

How do I place a wholesale order?

Create an account and log in to access the full catalog, choose your compounds, quantities, and labeling right in your dashboard, then check out and pay. No phone calls required, we pack, label, and ship from there.

Can I reorder previous purchases easily?

Yes. Your wholesale account stores your order history, so reordering past purchases is quick.

Who do I contact for a custom quote or large quantities?

Volume Pricing

Pricing & Volume Tiers

How does volume pricing work?

Pricing is tiered per peptide, per order, and discounts apply automatically at checkout, no coupon codes needed. The more you order of a peptide, the higher the discount tier.

Can I mix different peptides to reach a tier?

Yes. Volume is calculated across your order. For example, 100 units of Peptide A plus 100 units of Peptide B totals 200 units and qualifies for Tier 1 pricing.

Is my wholesale pricing confidential?

Yes. Wholesale pricing is only visible to approved account holders after logging in.

Do you offer Net-30 payment terms?

Not at this time. All wholesale orders are paid in full before processing and shipment.

Can wholesale pricing be combined with promos or coupons?

Wholesale pricing is already discounted and generally can't be combined with additional promotions unless specifically stated.

Do you price match?

Yes. We price-match comparable U.S.-based suppliers on request, your account manager can walk you through the options before you commit.
Labeling

Labeling & White Label

What labeling formats do you offer?

Three: No Label (blank vial, with all details on the COA), Licensed Peptides Branded (our full retail label), and Your Logo: White Label (your own brand and label).

What's the difference between No Label and White Label?

No Label vials ship completely blank, with the peptide name, lot number, and purity on the accompanying COA. White Label prints your logo, label design, and product name directly on the vial.

Is there a separate minimum order for white label?

Yes. Custom (white-label) labeling requires a 100-vial minimum per peptide. Any peptide you want under your own brand must be ordered in at least 100 vials of that SKU.

Is there a setup fee for white label?

No setup fee. Custom-labeled vials simply carry a small additional cost per vial, contact our wholesale team for a quote based on your peptide list and quantities.

What artwork do you need for a white-label order?

Send your logo (vector preferred, .AI, .EPS, .SVG or PDF; high-res PNG accepted), your brand and product naming, and any preferred colors. We send a proof for your approval before anything is printed.

How long does white label take?

No-Label and LP-Branded orders ship same day when placed by the daily cut-off. White label typically takes 5–10 business days after you approve the label proof.

Can I switch labeling formats between orders?

Yes. You choose your labeling format per order and can switch any time.
Quality & Testing

Quality, Testing & Documentation

What documentation comes with every order?

A Certificate of Analysis (COA) ships with every order, in every labeling format. It covers HPLC purity, mass-spec identity, endotoxin (LAL) and sterility testing, and batch-specific documentation, all third-party tested.

Are wholesale products tested the same as retail?

Yes. Wholesale products undergo the same quality control and third-party testing as our retail products.

What purity do you guarantee?

≥99% purity, verified by HPLC against a reference standard and confirmed by third-party, DEA-licensed U.S. laboratories. Independent verification is available on request.

Do you test for endotoxins and sterility?

Yes. Every batch is tested for endotoxins and sterility using the LAL protocol, with results documented in the COA. LPS-free documentation is available on request for applicable research.

What's included on the COA?

An HPLC chromatogram (peak-area data, ≥99% vs reference standard), mass-spec identity (molecular weight confirmed within ±0.01 Da), endotoxin and sterility results, and full lot traceability, every lot is tied to its synthesis date and QC record.

Where are your peptides manufactured?

In the USA, a California facility operating under cGMP- and ISO-compliant conditions. We never repackage imported material, and every lot is fully traceable from synthesis to shipment.

Are your products intended for human use?

No. All products are Research Use Only (RUO). They ship as lyophilized (powder) form and require reconstitution with a suitable diluent for research purposes only. Research supplies such as syringes and bacteriostatic water are not included, and no dosing instructions are provided.

Do I need a prescription to order?

No. Our products are research chemicals sold for laboratory research use only, no prescription is required. They are not a pharmacy product and are not for human or animal consumption.

Are your products high quality and compliant?

Every batch is manufactured under strict quality control in a U.S. cGMP facility and tested for purity and identity. All products are Research Use Only; statements have not been evaluated by the FDA, and products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, or for human consumption.

How long does processing and shipping take?

In-stock items ship same day when ordered by the daily cut-off; overall processing can take 1–5 business days depending on order volume and labeling options. Orders ship via FedEx (P.O. Boxes via USPS Priority Mail). Delivery times aren't guaranteed against carrier or weather delays.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we ship within the USA only.

What payment methods do you accept?

Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Zelle. Orders are paid in full before processing, Net-30 is not offered. Additional fees may apply depending on payment type.

How is my order packaged and shipped?

Every order is packed, labeled, and shipped with its COA. In-stock items ship same-day via FedEx.

What happens if a peptide is out of stock?

How should peptides be stored?

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Some peptides require refrigeration, specific storage guidance is provided with each product.
